We conduct third party reference checks, such as references checks with current & previous real estate agencies. We assess their income, analyse payslips & verify employment.

ENTRY CONDITION REPORT
Entry condition reports are critical in ensuring your tenants are liable to look after your property.
When conducting our entry report, we take over 100 photos of absolutely everything. From the inside of the oven, the floors, inside your wardrobe and even the air conditioner filters.
